Friendly staff! Good prices! Saves you a trip the long route and saves you gas money! The call center is kind of trash lol but the people working the booths and the ferry are friendly and helpful.

Had a great experience, went with two cars, everything was good, fast, organized, place was clean and well-maintained, great customer service, amazing view of Downtown, specially in evening.

The Ferry itself was a pleasant experience. It was only $6 or $9 for a two way trip, definitely worth the sights on the ride there. The ferries offer seating inside the boat, as well as some exposed to the outside where you can walk around. …
