Would have put zero but no intended for employees more for how truly not great it is to be a Verizon customer anymore my family have been with Verizon for almost 22 years so unlike the fairly new customers I remember what customer service used to be. NOT TO MENTION THEIR ADVERTISING AS OF THE LAST YEAR OR MORE WHERE THEY KEEP SAYING GET A PHONE ON US !!!! HAHA

I was helped by Cole and was very disappointed with my interaction. I came prepared to spend $1000 on a new phone and he did nothing but lie and pressure me into spending more. I'm a person, not a number. You're better off going to a 3rd party Verizon dealer where you'll have a better chance of someone treating you like a person.

I came in to purchase a phone and add a line to my plan. I was In a hurry and I felt like they recognized that and worked to get me handled quickly and efficiently. I felt like they answered all my questions, met all of my needs, as well as giving me any pertinent information that I needed without wasting any of my time. I was very pleased

Yes i was in last week. but they reccomend appointments. so definitely make one ! because there was a line for walk ins. also have a mask
