I bought the wrong printer ink 3 months ago and went to put it in and realized it was the wrong one. Came back to the store expecting some kind of push back since it had been 3 months. Jess was awesome. She didn't question it at all, then helped me find the right ones. I continued shopping and bought more but she saved me quite a bit. Even told me I had rewards and asked if I wanted to use them, I always forget about them and then I lose them. Great job Jess!

Went looking for a thumb drive and thought office depot should have some. when I got there was asked if I could use help finding something asked him about the thumb drives. He took me right were they were. asked for advice on some other things and he was very helpful.

How rude. Greeted the guy in front of me, looked at me, didn't acknowledge me, didn't smile nothing, and walked away with the old guy in front of me I guess because he had the prospect of making more money that way. I wasn't acknowledged by a single person in the entire building until I was leaving and the same guy that ignored me in the beginning decided to tell me to have a nice day. See y'all, this is half the reason for having my septum piercing it helps me weed out the inherently rude/judgmental people. It's a good thing I already knew how to use their print services once I finally located where that was at in this building because I think I would have been hard pressed for any assistance. The 2nd star is just because I was actually able to do what I came in here to do.

I was extremely impressed with Brenna and Kevin in the printing department. I was nervous about making a banner to thank sponsors for supporting my son's lacrosse team, but Brenna and Kevin put me at ease right away. They were both professional, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. It has been a long time since I have had this quality of customer service!
