It was better organized than other Ross' I've been to and I've been to many! The employees were kind and helpful. Lots of inventory available to shop from. The store was clean. Easy to park because it's just down the street from the South Hill Mall so you don't have to "mall park."

Love the prices but, I really have to look to find a deal. Had to go to 3 different Ross stores to buy myself something to wear. I just lost 63pds. From 22 in Jean's to a 16!! So far.
