I like going to the Xfinity store. Especially now. Comcast seems to be really trying to bring the customer service level to the point that is May match the outrageous amount of money we have to spend monthly just to watch television. So it makes sense that they would concentrate on their bricks-and-mortar location to make sure that if you have to go in there at least the experience is quick easy and enjoyable. I have been there several times in the past and the last two or three times I have spent probably a total of 10 minutes and that includes wait time and my transaction. Recently I've been escorting my client who has Xfinity in his apartment. The wait times are not very long so that someone of his age doesn't feel like they're being either ignored nor do they feel like they're wasting their time but mostly they help him. And they're not condescending and they don't treat him like he doesn't know what he's doing they actually educate him so I'm probably not going to come back to Comcast because it's just not within my price range but if it IS within your price range and you are staying true to cable then I'd have to say Comcast is doing a pretty good job... At least at the stores!

The way this company exploits and overtly disadvantages seniors is beyond disgusting. It's a true community parasite.

They have internet essentials package that's 9.99
Yes they do.. along with accessories like Bluetooth headphones.
If you have an issue with your internet or simply want to manage family usage, download the Xfinity My Account app. It will allow you to manage your connected Xfinity devices, troubleshoot them and see if there is a local outage. In the app you can also manage your bill. It's a free app.
If you are trying to switch to Xfinity mobile and you own your phone you can keep it.
It depends on what type of service you need. Some things yes. Some things no .
Usually when they say they're gonna open
Yep and not even go in. Did my parents Wednesday, new model so had to crawl under things to change cord out.
You can pay anyone's bill as long as you have the account information. They have koisks in the back.
They have different internet packages you'll need to call them to see which one works best for you.
You can find the hours here (or look up any store): https://www.xfinity.com/local/ca/stockton/5756-pacific-ave.html Hours may change. It's always best to call ahead.
You would have to pick your own package but I do know you have to have a receiver for rich TV whether it is an XFi box or the smaller hubs. It's about a $15 monthly fee currently per box/modem in addition to your plan. You can get discounts for your bundle and if you select a term contract. Once the contract ends though price goes up. Call in and negotiate to sometimes get deals for staying a customer. Bundle prices currently range from $99 to $159 (does not include equipment, installation or local government fees). For two TVs, decent internet, phone and to remove their 1TB data cap we paid about $230.
