Let me tell you, I’ve gone down the rabbit hole of trying this insurance vs. that to get a better deal or better customer service and this is an office I NEVER see myself leaving. This office is the only office where the entire staff has all the answers, patience, and availability to you that you could ask for. Email, phone call, text, or in person they are always happily ready to help. Jacky has helped me even BEFORE I switched to their office when I was having a thousand issues with Ahmad’s office right down the street (zero stars for them). Jacky’s patience and empathy is a main reason I was willing to try Statefarm again but with a different office and I’m SO glad I did! David is the lead in the office and he absolutely is someone you can trust. He is patient, honest and makes sure you get exactly what you need while still getting you a good deal. Thank you David, Jacky and everyone in this office for all that you do!
