Absolutely ridiculous... Waiting in line to pay for food. And NO ONE acknowledges you. Not even the school rush yet .. how customer service has gone down hill.

I don’t know why I went back today after my last experiences. The fries are cold, old, some burnt. I just wanted fries! Drove away with mushy nasty fries. The food seems to always be cold. Disappointing. It’s as if there’s zero quality control here.

Best first job ever as a teenager! I enjoy all the customers and serving them as well! Also the managers are all great and caring.
