Fast food is not rocket science, i cant imagine how its taking 30+ min stuck in this drive thru line. I could have prepared restaurant food for 5 people, what is taking this long to effing microwave seriously ....trying to pick up these orders for people as a delivery driver... this is COSTING TIME MONEY GAS

Stay away from this Jack in the Box. I came in and gave the cashier my order. The cashier kept repeating the wrong order. The cashier got flustered and called his manager. The cashier had the audacity to say I kept changing my order. Let's just say my order was wrong. I had items that I didn't order. Some of my order was missing. Hot mess.

We were at the window and did not get a response back when we said, “hello” once Kayle answered she kept cutting off my sister in law and saying, lie that it? Is that it?” My sister in law stopped talking because she kept cutting her off. Once she stopped my sister in law then continued to order and when Kayle was asked a question about the combo she would say, “yup” instead of answering the questions. We pulled up and she continued to have attitude. Once we spoke to the manager she also had attitude. We got the recipe cut off. The information for the Jack in the Box was cut off. This was the worst service we’ve gotten here and we live right down the street so we are always there and have never ever ever gotten this bad of service.

They did okay this visit. During my previous visit, the drive-through cashier was quite rude. I asked for my sandwich, which normally comes in a box, to be paper-wrapped. At the window, I heard her on 3 separate occasions telling the people in the food preparation area, "paper wrapped." Yet when she handed me my order, the sandwich was in a box. I said to her firmly but not rudely that it was supposed to be paper-wrapped. She became quite rude while accusing me of being rude... which I wasn't. I wish there were an audio recording so her manager could hear how she talked to me.

You can rest assured that the COVID-19 safety measures are being practiced at Jack In The Box restaurants. 1st before entering the restaurant there are several signs posted letting you know that a face covering is required. 2nd there are signs posted that they are limiting the number of people inside to I believe 6 persons. Finally if you are going to go through the drive through to place an order there are signs posted informing you that a face covering is required at the drive up window.
