I love coming here, friendly staff and great workout environment! My only complaint is that it closes too early 10p.m. Monday - Thursday and closes at 9p.m. on Fridays and 8pm Saturday & Sundays. I wish they were open 24hours like most other locations are now. The pandemic structured hours are over, open up like the rest of the 24hour organization and stop punishing the loyal members to the brand. Upper management seems to be extremally disconnected and does not value the members here. At one point I rated this location with all five stars, I've since lowered it to three due to the poorly scheduled hours.

I think it’s really awful that, according to your staff, you cannot purchase anything from your shop 30 minutes prior to closing. I went to buy a protein drink after my workout at 7.35pm tonight and was told that the registers do not accept payment 30 minutes prior to closing. When I joined 24 Hour Fitness the club was open 24 hours. You have since cut the hours. This is bad enough. But to not allow a guest to purchase a beverage 25 minutes prior to your 8pm closing is ridiculous and really bad customer service. With issues like this, filthy bathrooms, and reduced hours it makes me question being a member at this club. I might add that having your staff spread out the contents of the register on the reception desk, coins and cash, while the club is open at 7.35pm is also really unprofessional and not very smart. Perhaps you should consider hiring staff who close the register and count the cash at closing. Now wouldn’t that make sense.

I love 💘 💗 the friendly people there and the wonderful 👏 staff. Every once in a while a person may go into the Jacuzzi with outside Mask & Gloves on instead of a fresh Glove and Mask from the front desk.
