Amazing service! The owner, Darrell, knew immediately what the issue was with my phone and the time it would take to repair it. Darrell was very knowledgeable and saved me from purchasing a new phone and getting into a costly contract that I don’t need. I would recommend anyone who has issues with their electronics to stop by and check this store out!

I locked my Samsung S10+ and forgot the password. (I didn't forget the password but when I typed it in, the phone kept telling me try again; I think my fingertips are too big and I touched the letter next to the one I was intending to type in.) So, I brought my phone to the T Mobile store 3 times, each time with a different Tech, after spending each time about 3 hours, they couldn't unlock it neither. So, we brought the phone to Best Buy in Pinole; the Senior Tech told us that the computer to fix the cell phone is out of order and will be fixed sometime next week. Next week we called in; they said NO, the computer is still out of order; call back in a few days. We waited for about 10 days, and we called in; a young lady told my husband NO, the computer is still out of order! You would have thought with all of the GEEK SQUAD TRUCKS parked in the parking lot in front of the store at least 1 GEEK should be able to unlock a cell phone. Next step to have my phone unlocked, I called all of the phone numbers listed on "UBreak WeFix." It has the same voice on the tape and then the busy signal comes on with no live person to help you. At this time, I was almost giving up and then I told myself let's Google and see what is out there. I Found WORLD PHONE in Pinole, called and spoke to the owner, Darrel. He said to bring the phone in next day. I was so happy to have found someone able and to know how to unlock cell phones. Let me tell you: Darrel is very professional; he fixed the phone in one hour. Now I have my cell phone; and it taught me a lesson: do not use a password on your cell phone if you have a big fingertips. WORLD PHONE and DARREL are a GOD send.
