4 STARS for Joy Holiday, and "5 STARS" for our tour guide LANKUN (well known as Mama), and the driver Quincy. LANKUN is the best tour guide I ever seen. She is very knowledgeable, well organized , and responsible guide. She helped seniors and non-English speaking tour members ordering food; she used her own long-lense professional camera to take photos, and forwarded them to everyone. She used "WE CHAT" & text to notify everyone for the updates. She is really amazing. Our driver Quincy is very friendly. He greeted everyone every time we get on bus. He took good care of our luggages. QUINCY and LANKUN are the "A TEAM". All the hotels we stayed were nice & clean. If breakfast was included, I will give Joy Holiday 5 stars.
