Things have changed a lot since back then, when there were a lot fewer people. It's an amazing place to live until you have any complaints/issues. They take forever to address them. Please reconsider moving into the lower floors of the building that have the windows facing towards the courtyard. The management plays music in the courtyard all day long during the working hours that they refuse to turn down. You can clearly hear it any time you open your apartment's windows, so you have no choice but to keep your windows closed all day long if you're working from home. I've complained to the management many times but they always just say they're working on it. I wouldn't mind it at all if there's actual people sitting there playing/listening to music, but it's usually just an empty courtyard with the management playing music. Not being able to open my windows is definitely a deal breaker for me unfortunately, but besides that, it's a nice place to live in with great amenities.

Kristina was amazing - I viewed no fewer than 10 apartments at Highwater and had so many questions - and Kristina conveyed real expertise about the different apartments and provided care in what can often be a disorienting time in search for a place to live. Alfredo was terrific, too, when I wanted to take a last minute look before signing the lease. The amenities here are top notch and located throughout the property, which gives is a nice feel and doesn't feel crowded. The wifi that comes with the apartment is super easy to use, fast and allows for streaming options right when you move in. Great place to live.

My experience over all was GREAT . The leasing office members made a smooth transition for my move in date. They were Knowledgeable attentive to detail, organized and friendly. They accommodated my needs and guided me in and out of the process. I'm really happy with my choice to live at Highwater.

I moved into Highwater right when they opened Fall 2021. This building has the best staff and amenities of anywhere I've lived and I move around a lot. Hallways and common spaces are gorgeous and apartments have excellent soundproofing and high quality appliances. The building hosts a lot of events (fitness classes and occasional social evenings) and I've met my neighbors and gotten to know the community in a way I never have before in an apartment building. EDIT: Highwater was apparently unable to retain Giovanni and the apartment management has gotten significantly worse. Packages are dumped in a free-for-all room and I have had one package so far go missing before I could get it. Amenities like the coffee machine are often missing cups. Revised from 5 to 4 stars.
