Excellent spot to work out. The personnel are kind and sensitive to the needs of the consumers. The main drawback is the lack of Wi-Fi, as my phone's internet connection does not always function well inside the gym. Despite this, it is worthwhile!

I am a longstanding member of this PF because of the convenience factor. It's small, doesn't have as much in the way of equipment as other PFs, and isn't well maintained, but it's close to home. I recently returned to the gym after a two-year COVID hiatus. Imagine my surprise when I saw a bike out of service that was out of service when COVID hit in 2020. A coincidence, I'm sure ;-) I was equally surprised to find no signage in the gym-proper to remind members to clean down the equipment/weights after use ... and nine out of ten members on my visits so far have failed to do so. Really? We seem to finally be emerging from a pandemic and members still aren't willing to clean down the equipment they use. That said, there are few employees to be seen to enforce such things anyway. I know it's tough finding help right now, but if you don't have help, have signs and maybe a camera or two to watch for scofflaws. So, all this is to say, returning to this gym has been a disappointment. I was hoping for better after all we've been through with COVID, but nope.

Ok, this place is usually 4 stars. But today, no paper towel to disinfect equipment. Seriously, it's a pandemic. Spoke to the front desk, they can't get to 2nd floor where paper towel is stored. Let's think on our feet...someone run to target or market basket and buy a case or two of paper towel, save your receipt and your franchise owner should reimburse you. Show some initiative people!
