Won't answer the phone and when they do you either get put on a hold for over 20 minutes or they are completely unhelpful and rude. Worst experience ever. Still don't know where my package is. Update: today 2 packages were left out in the open in the rain. There is an overhang by the door but they apparently feed used to leave it in the rain. 🤷🏼♀️

Yes, but you need to make an appointment at Aptos. Santa Cruz main office you do not, but they are closed for lunch.
Periodically you need to verify you still live at the same address. Not everyone is good at updating their current address
No, you get that on line or at at office supply stores. Check your local stationary store
You can visit the USPS.gov or fill out the PS form 8076 and drop off at your local post office
If you put your return address on it, it will come back to you. If you want to retrieve it you need to fill out a form with the exact information on that piece of mail... During busy times, you mail may have already gone out and it will be difficult to retrieve. Best wait a few days and notify the recipient of this so they are aware and can notify you once they receive it.
These are called snorkel boxes and they will also accept small packages on the back side of the box.(Above where the carrier retrieves the mail) Make sure that it will fit so it won't clog up the shoot in the front (drive up side)...Pull the door down and deposit parcel no bigger than a shoe box. Pull it again to be sure it dropped to the bottom.
Most post offices deliver mail on Saturday, and now that Amazon Prime is so popular, mail is delivered for them on Sunday as well
