Our monthly family visits to Dr. Goldie feel like one of the best possible ways to show our kids how to place self-care at the center of their lives. She treated me for about two years, starting when I had everything that new moms have. While other providers may have said “huh - sounds like you just need to stop co-sleeping with a toddler”, she listened to what our family prioritized and made a care plan that matched. During my second pregnancy, I felt like there were days that she understood my rapidly changing body better than I did. I could not have had the positive pregnancy and birth that I did without her. Now my husband, two children and I all go together and it’s like a big family reset - the car ride back when everyone is the most relaxed is one of the best routines I have (almost as good as the 15 minute I get with the heat pack and electric stim on my baby carrying shoulder!)

Day 3 of my shoulders, neck, and lats feeling so sore from a workout I did during the week. To add more stress to those areas, I work on a computer about 65%-70% during a 12 hour shift. I took Dr. Goldie's advice and booked an appt with her in-house massage therapist Kirstin. That was an awesome decision! Kirstin released most of the soreness; by the end of the day I felt loose and the soreness diminished. She massaged every sore area without me guiding her where I felt sore. She ended the massage with a minute of acupressure to the earlobes, which releases serotonin. With the release of serotonin and endorphins, that combined is a natural pain killer. Definitely recommend!

Yes. Dr. Michaela Peterson DC treats infants 0-2 yrs, and both Dr. Michaela and Dr. Goldi treat children 2-18 years old. Dr. Peterson has additional training and experience with TOTs and gentle treatments for neonatal infants 0-3 months old. Visit our Blog for more info on that.

We do this by offering a high level of care that includes: One-on-one care with a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic 45-min evaluations, 15-min follow-up visits. Manual Therapy and Corrective Exercise for the best outcomes.
New Patient exams are $200. If it's been more than 3 years since you've seen one of our Chiropractors, you will need to schedule a New Patient Exam. A Re-Exam is $125. If it's been more than 6 months since your last visit you will need a longer appointment to reevaluate your condition, update your diagnosis and establish an appropriate chiropractic care plan. Office Visits are $70. We do not offer discounts or pre-pay plans.
We do not take Personal Injury claims at this time, sorry.
At Golden Chiropractic we are in-network participating providers with the following health insurance plans ONLY: Blue Shield. Please call your insurance plan to confirm that you have Chiropractic Care coverage under your plan. And check with our office to see if we've made any changes to this list. We can provide you with a Superbill for your visits. You can submit those to your insurance plan for reimbursement.
