Worst service we’ve ever had in Monterey county area(Salinas) . Your 21 y/o Server Malina , on Thursday 8th at around 6-7pm Was extremely rude since the beginning. Instead of greeting us 1st thing that came of her mouth was an excuse of why she was taking so long to take our drinks order. That put me in a bad mood automatically, because she was having a very bad and rude attitude the whole time , not a smile, trying to rush us, we felt super rushed , when she brought our plates she consciously tossed the salad plate on top of my arm that I was resting in the table ,she didn’t even say excuse me or sorry , she was not communicating at all , I was like ok whatever , but when she brought our entrees , I was looking through the window , again resting my arms in the table and she tossed the HOT plate on top of my arm and I directly looked at her eyes, she knew what she was doing, she didn’t even care. I was furious by this time , she was being stupidly rude and careless . After that she didn’t come back to the table to see if we needed anything, not once till the end , another kind waitress brought our boxes and chocolates. Very unpleasant dinner , very unsatisfied, definitely not recommend dining here , or having Malina as your server , as she extremely unprofessional and immature , , still have tender skin by the hot plate that she tossed in my arm. Olive Garden should not give Malina that many tables to take care of , because it’s proved that she is not capable of handling them all without being stupidly rude.
