Atrocious company to hire and even worse to work for. My wife went to upper management after having unresolved issues with her direct supervisor that she tried to resolve many times. She was terminated a few days later and given “hush” money to promise not to sue. It is a very clicky work environment where you are either with the cool kids or on your way out. Management from top to bottom cannot be trusted to properly manage anything except breathing . If they do not like what you have to say, you’re not going to be their long. After record setting numbers in her department, she was let go, a blessing in disguise. PS- Those who use Tiger Lines to deliver their goods, some of their truckers have definitely been taking home bags of your goods to consume and sell at home. They also have a gentleman there who claims to have an IQ of 191 but can’t even figure out his lady sleeps around and smokes behind his back, what a genius!

These trucks spew trash everywhere? Drove behind a truck from 113 through 12 and trash just blowing all over the place. I'm disgusted that this probably happens on the daily. Tells me all I need to know about this company and where they stand on litter on our roads.

My expersince with Tiger lines was a bad one. I had applied on their website and they called me and told me to come in for a road test. When I got to there office they made me wait like 40 minutes for them to tell me that they can’t hire me because I am 21 years old and not 22 years old. This is really bad on their part because it says my date of birth on the application. I had to miss a day at work to come in for their “road test”.
