I've given this location many chances. It's a very convenient location, but they get the order wrong constantly even when the order is placed via the app. I'm dropping this review to one star as they are getting worse.

Last time ordering anything from this location !! Not only was the food horrible but my Large ice coffee was made wrong as well !!! I understand short staffed so the 10 min drive thru wait is understandable but it doesn’t mean or justify messing up the order !!!! Tried calling and went straight to voicemail !! Who owns this place ???

I very rarely go to dunkin. I don't drink coffee and I hate donuts. But when I do want a breakfast sandwich they all ways have reason that they can't make one for me usually the ovens are down. I will never go to a dunkin again they are lazy people!!
