Horrible. Verizon made an appointment for me and I headed up (quite a distance). uBreakiFix could find no record of me and said I had to call Verizon myself. That led to a hold nightmare, hung up after 20 minutes or so and left. Went back to Verizon. They showed me where they put the order through, and that it was done correctly. NEVER going back to uBreakiFix, never/ever! Also what a horrible name for a business. Overall disgusted.

I came in with a pretty damaged phone an they went above an beyond to help me get a temporary screen on my phone so I could get my phone updated to the cloud. saving months of data from potential loss. 10/10 recommend the gahanna location

My Xbox Slite Series 2 controller has a bad problem of the RB button not working properly. It works if you press it hard enough, and might do a double click with one. I have tried multiple things, none have given a lasting fix. Could you help?
