Have had Verizon for 20 years now. The customer service is always great tho this time it was a little slow, that's why it's not 5 Stars.I get reception where others don't. But every question I had was answered.

Go into settings on your phone. When you get tbere click on WiFi. Dropdown gives choices
They wear masks & make you wait outside until they open door & if have appointment can come in store, some tables have glass dividers some don't
Price for 3 new lines
If you have Verizon I would use insurance if you have it , if not go to Repair it all which is five minutes away from Verizon. They can repair also not sure how much

Depending on the phone you have the power button maybe in the back you just need to hold it for about 5 seconds and the phone should come on
