1st I ordered and paid for a Supreme and didn't get it. 2nd why ask me if I want hot sauce if you are not going to give it to me. 3rd I sat at the menu for 3 minutes before anyone said a word. And last I literally threw the food away in the parking lot it was clearly old and made for another customer because it was cold and incorrect. But hey they want $15 an hour right?

Decent customer service. Food was delicious and order was correct except for the amount of hot sauce provided. I wish this location was designed differently. The drive-thru line is always to the street because there's not much room. Customer's who dine-in become blocked in until the line clears.

I was here for approximately 50 minutes waiting for an UberEATS order. It took 10 minutes for them to tell me that they didn't have the order. Two more minutes later the associates told me that they had made the order 35 minutes ago and that they had given it to another person. Then the associates said that they would remake it. After 15 minutes or approximately 37 minutes in total an associate asks me if I had put in the order for the delivery. I said that I was waiting for it to be made. An associate then asks me if they can take a picture of the order on my phone in able to remake the order. The associate takes a picture and they finally start making it. I feel like this was done on purpose.

One Star because Google is too nice and won't let us rate with negative stars. Yes, that bad. I put in a mobile order 971996 , drove half way across town, then sat for 30 min in line 6 cars in front of me just to be told they "aren't accepting mobile orders and I would get a refund because they were short staffed". So I'm like what does that even mean , I already ordered it. Ok fine can I reorder now that I've waited this long? She's says, sure 6 items or less. No, I'm not kidding. Order the first three. Then she's she says, no ,we don't have that. Then rattles off a list of at least 5 other things they are out of & just talks over me. I am so beyond frustrated by this time I'm like I'm good just cancel it all. How shall I get out of this 5 min movement car time. I kid you not I'm now sitting another 15 min to get out of this line safely. Do better with your app or shut down your unequipped place of business. This is inexcusable

Apple pay only works inside not at drive though. The only Apple pay that works if it's the Samsung one.
