They’re not the same dental clinic I went to almost 6 years ago for my dentures. They’re bleeding Dentists and Assistants. I have a different Assistant each time. A Dentist who speaks limited English with a thick accent. She rolls her eyes, and makes faces of mockery to the Assistant when she thinks I’m not looking, because I can’t understand her. They’ve lost my X-rays (all of them) and have taken at least 8 separate impressions. I started in Sept. 2021, and it’s almost April, and we haven’t gotten one wax impression that is even remotely a fit. The saga is still ongoing. No help from the office manager. Countless messages left for a call back, with no return calls. I’m beyond frustrated. I’d give them a zero if I could. They wanted my existing dentures to send down to a lab in Modesto 60 miles away. I refused to turn over the only dentures I have, because of their penchant for losing things. I told them I’d take them down myself, the Supv. of the lab could take a 3D model in order to make a wax image. It took a couple hours, and I waited around to retrieve my dentures to take back home with me. Afterward for 6 weeks, I called Me Wuk Dental for an appointment (8 times). I spoke to numerous people in reception, and was promised a call back each time after them promising if my wax models got there, etc. NEVER received a call back. My last call was 2 weeks ago around end of April. They transferred me to a man I’d never talked to before. He proceeded to tell me that they were having a meeting to refuse service to me because I’ve been rude to the staff. WHAT???? This clinic has clearly dropped the ball numerous times where I’m concerned, and I’ve gotten frustrated, but never rude. I’ve filed a complaint with MediCal, and the Dental Board of California. At this point I probably would have went someplace else. However, MediCal has been paying them all along, and this clinic is just trying to cover their own butts for substandard work and integrity. Now it’s become a David against Goliath scenario, and I intend to see this through. To put forth false claims that I’ve been rude or difficult has made me want to fight this to the end!

Absolutely the best dental clinic I've ever been to.They are booked ahead so my appt. Wait was several months for my procedure but it is definitely worth the wait my dentist did a beautiful job and I can finally smile proudly again!Thankyou Me Wuk Dental!!!

Horrible dental office!!!!! The turn over is just ridiculous. So don’t get used to a dentist!!! If you have an emergency? Well you are SOL......horrid dental office!!!!!!!

I am completely upset and disappointed that Dr. Nanda is gone! he was PERFECT for that office, its what they needed! He did the most amazing job. He was the ONLY dentist that was able to do the Root Canal I have needed for over 6 years that no one else could do in that place.....I just kept getting referred out.. He was Kind, gentle, and had a wonderful since of humor with great chair side manner. This is the 2nd dentist that has come and gone so quickly. First Dr. Hernandez (whom I had as a dentist then) and now Nanda! Not sure why there is such a large turn over of dentist there. I would love to know where he went, so that I could continue my care with him.

Tooth extraction are usually covered by medi-cal. I don't know how much it would cost out of pocket. Best to call them and find out.
