I have been here almost 8 years and my mother a few years before that. It has only gotten better. The manager is the third one since I have been here and they finally got it right. She cares about all the residents and you can tell. If you have a problem she is very easy to talk to. We have a great maintenance guy also and he gets there as quickly as possible when you have a problem. She also had a lot of things to keep us busy before Covid came along card games parties for different holidays. It is a wonderful place to live.

Very professionally managed and beautifully landscaped and maintained. The apartments are beautiful with everything one could ever want by way of amenities. There is ample storage and a spacious garage. It is my apartment dream come true.

You'd have to call them. I dont live there but my grandmother does so that's why I'm always there.
You will have to be 62 or older. Yes, we currently have a waitlist going.
Unfortunately as this is a Tax Credit property there are certain regulations we must follow to stay in compliance and one of those is all residents must be 62 or older.
