Would HIGHLY highly recommend Wendy’s Bridal! Everyone on staff is well-informed and professional. My stylist Sarah expertly pulled dress to respect my budget and style. She was sweet, gentle, and patient as I discovered my style. With so many dresses in store it’s hard not to find one you love!

I'm not one to leave reviews but I cannot say anything good about this place. I bought my dress in July 2021 after shopping at several stores. The dress in came in October 2021 & started the alterations process in June 2022 for my wedding September 2022. Alterations were a NIGHTMARE. I had i believe 5 fittings. & paid a total of $1,000 in alterations for this dress. My dress looked so bad at I thought was suppose to be my last dress appointment I left my appointment and went across the street to Davids Bridal to buy a back up because the dress i bought from Wendys did not look like it was able to be fixed and came with so much stress. This was 3 weeks before my wedding. They scheduled another appointment 10 days later to see the dress finished and it still needed to have stuff done that they didn't fix in that 10 days of having it so they fixed everything while we waited and sat at our appointment for close to 2 hours. Yes they eventually fixed the dress. But it took many more appointments then it should. It also took getting the Store manager & General manager, the consultant and the alterations lady there to have the dress completely fixed. Absolutely ridiculous to have to go through this to have a dress altered. Save your time & money!

Out of Town Clients BEWARE! Before we purchased my daughter’s wedding dress, we informed the salespeople that we are from out of town. My daughter lives in Cleveland and I live in Cincinnati. They are getting married in Columbus. The Dublin Wendy’s would not allow us to try on our purchase unless it was a Monday through Thursday. Difficult to do during the week when we both work AND live out of town. I explained our circumstances to Lil and Megan. We were told, by Megan via Lil, they “usually” do not allow brides to try on their new dress in the shop on the weekends. Usually. No exception made for us. Okay, so my problem is we were never informed of this “policy” until after the dress was purchased and wanted to be fitted. We will no longer buy our veil, alterations nor pressing from Wendy’s Bridal in Dublin. And we warn all of you out of town brides to be aware of their “policy” up front so you do not have issues like we did.

Every single Wendy's representative that I had the pleasure of speaking with were all extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, and made what I thought was going to be a very overwhelming experience, a truly enjoyable and unforgettable one! Lila specifically was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!
