The RV spot we rented had full hookups, was right next to the shower, bathroom, and laundry facilities and had an extended concrete pad the size of a second small RV. It was great to spread out with the family in lawn chairs and the table they provided for dinner outside. The grounds were very well kept, buildings were very new, and the use of the pool was great for the kids. We would totally come again, especially at the price.

I am an avid aviation enthusiast and wanted to stay near the Evergreen Air & Space Museum located in McMinnville,OR. Olde Stone Village is literally right next door! I was very impressed with my stay at one of the nicest R-V parks I have ever been to. Very nicely designed and landscaped. Very quiet too other than being next to a small (busy) airport. The staff were quite helpful on the phone and they had everything ready for me when I had a late arrival. I highly recommend this park.

We loved this place! Very quiet and clean. Sites are all concrete and level. Grounds are very well kept and bathrooms and showers were very clean. Close to the Air and Space Museum and even has pathway to the back side of it. The staff was very helpful and even made accommodations for us to be next to our friends site. Would love to stay here again when visiting McMinnville area.

This RV Park was more well equipped than any others I’ve seen. Private bathroom/shower rooms were spotless and felt like at home (acrylic shower stalls...no cold tile rooms). Pool, laundry and “library” also added to the many facilities. The location, with a dedicated walking trail to the museum made it ideal to check out the Spruce Goose while still coming back to our RV for lunch ($10 hot dogs are not my first choice from the museum). Staff are friendly and very accommodating so that your stay is stress free. Price is only $20 more than State Parks for non-residents of USA so definitely worth the stay.

No
Their long term I believe is mostly winter months. Yes they allow small pets
I've been to parks where the speed limit is posted at 7 1/2 MPH. Be glad for 10. That really isn't slow in congested areas.
But, there's dogs and children where I live. They have speed bumps to regulate speed.
The housing area is adjacent to the RV Park. They do monthly rentals in the winter months, but best to call and ask.
No problem. All they ask is that you use the pet area and clean up afterwards. Nice park and nice people
