Hello Michael, It looks like you have our LabelRIGHT Ultimate bar code label printing software for Windows. That program is for designing and printing labels, including UPC labels. There is not a report function in the software as it relies on you providing the numbers you need to print. The software does have add-in tools for using Excel and also allows the importing of a data file from other software programs or databases. Regards, Worth Data Support

All Repairs are done in Santa Cruz - you will need to call us to get an RMA number and instructions on how to return a unit to us for repair.
