Any filament choice is a balance of features such as strength, warping, layer adhesion, etc, but some filaments excel and others fall short. The IC3D filaments we have used include ABS and PETG and they have both been top of field for our projects. We tried numerous brands of ABS filament from well regarded filament houses, but IC3D was the clear winner for our ABS printing needs. Their ABS has the right combination of low sheen, low stringing, great resolution - and for those critical strength layers - IC3D filament yields superior layer adhesion at increased temps with minimal loss of resolution.

My team has used IC3D for over a year now and I'm extremely happy with their performance. Their engineering team is very responsive and helpful at each step of the process from quote to ship. I would highly recommend IC3D for any large volume orders. They seem to have a great culture, and they are innovative when it comes to offered materials and services.

Update, 12/29/20: Another round of great prints for version 2.0 of my parts! Thanks again team and I can't wait to try it out on the track. Original, 2019: Had a great 3D printing as-a-service experience. The parts came out great and I'm looking forward to having IC3D print my future projects. Thanks IC3D team!

If you're local to the area, Micro Center has experience working on consumer-level desktop 3D printers. Additionally, our local makerspace—the Idea Foundry— has a community of talented hobbyist 3D printers that may be able to help guide you through fixing your 3D printer.
Hi there, Short answer is yes. The scanner that we use cannot do very fine details, however, I think it should do well enough for 3D printing a representative for your purpose. Please contact us and we can discuss in more detail. If you're in the area, you're more than welcome to stop by. Thanks! Michael
Tammy, a common software to use for this is “Cura” (free) and there are a lot of tutorials available.
Heaven, Please upload a .stl file to our request a quote page: https://ic3dprinters.com/services/#request-a-quote We will get back to you within 24 hours on a quote. For a costume and props we generally use ABS or PET-G. Feel free to contact us on our website with any more questions.
Undoubtedly yes. As with all production, making a single item can be costly, however knowing IC3D their prices and print quality will be great!
Roshan, There is a request a quote page on our website. Below is a link. https://ic3dprinters.com/services/#request-a-quote
Hi David, we would mostly like be able to 3D model this up to then 3D print as many as you like. Form is here: https://ic3dprinters.com/services/
Gerry, Depending on the project requirements it is possible. E-mail us images of the project, and we can quote 3D modeling costs.
