We had a great experience at 7x7. This is my 4th child to have wisdom teeth removed (2 by Dr. Duncan and 2 by Dr. Pat). The staff is kind and caring. The communication pre- and post-op is excellent. The facilities are nice, clean, and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Dr Pat really listened to me and made sure my experience was as painless as possible. I was very fearful and nervous and she and her staff helped put me at ease by listening to my needs and responding to them in The best possible way. I didn’t feel like they were just trying to get me treated and out the door. The front desk staff even took care of all my insurance paperwork without me having to ask any questions. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I felt like they all genuinely cared about me and my health.

I give 7x7 a 10 out of 5. Dr. Pat and the staff offer amazing service. The office is immaculate, sterile and comfortable. I live all the way in Humboldt and needed emergency extractions and 7x7 gave me a next day appointment. That's unheard of at ALL of the other places I called, but 7x7 got me in. In Humboldt, you'll die of old age before you can get an appointment. I called just about every oral surgeon from Redding, to Humboldt, down the 101, to several in San Francisco and luckily called 7x7. 7x7 doesn't play silly money games of insisting that you need to be anesthetized for simple extractions, like you're having brain surgery or something. Her expertise as an oral surgeon is of the highest skill. It was like getting a manicure. How many doctors do you know check to see how you're fairing and made it home safely because they knew that you drove 500 miles round trip to their office? Follow up to see if you had any discomfort on a million mile journey because you were in so much pain before they helped you? ZERO POINT ZERO! But Dr. Pat did and I wasn't expecting it. Bravo. It is a long round trip drive just to get dental help; however, I will gladly drive to 7x7 again. Can't believe I found this jewel office in San Francisco.
