Allen L. in the phone section went above and beyond to help us fix/replace our phone. He explored every avenue to fix the issue and avoid us having to replace it. In the end it had to be replaced (due to my own negligence), but he really helped us confirm the phone was faulty. Patient, professional, and thorough. Shout out to this employee because Best Buy should be so lucky as to have him.

They promised a next day delivery, which I actually really needed for my business. Come closing time the next day, they had made zero effort to inform me that the order would not arrive on time. I have an account. They have permission to contact me with order updates, as they requested this, and I granted. Here's the truth--they really couldn't care less. Utter fail. This was a local delivery. I would have made arrangements to get the item myself, if I'd known. Wouldn't be that hard to ID a late delivery an hour before closing and send a quick auto-generated email or text. How do they not get that? This is the definition of unprofessional. EDIT: Also, are y'all seeing these 2000+ reviews, mostly 5 stars? There was either some big incentive for customers to do this, or these are straight up purchased. There is NO WAY IN HEYELL that so many NEW ORLEANIANS left reviews here. Lolol. Really?

Norton comes with a VPN to ensure security while making online purchases and keep your info private, and can be ordered on sites like Amazon. No one uses geek squad anymore. just call on everyday tech savvy people who will do the same work for free or cheap because its simply not difficult work. I tend to do my own tech because I'm frugal.
