We couldn’t even see them. We confirmed a new pet appointment with them the same day they called to confirm. But they canceled our appointment a few days after for no reason. We complained to staff but they said we should have documented that staff member’s name who confirmed with us. We refuse to go to a place with incompetent staff that will randomly cancel appointments. A word of advice: If you schedule with Banfield and confirm the appointment, check your email in case they cancel it AND be sure to document the staff member’s name you spoke to in case they choose to cancel it for no reason.

Located inside Petsmart. The staff at this Banfield location were very friendly and welcoming to me and my dog. They were willing and capable of answering any questions I had.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 13, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 13, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 13, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).

Yes, they offer a wellness plan, which is great unless your pet needs major surgery. And they dont take/offer any tyoe of pmt plan or assistance. Dr's Gouine & Sanders are wonderful and a couple of the techs, but the Banfield organization, personally, sucks.
