I just want to preface that the one star is NOT because of the employees. It's the system. I purchased 2 items online for me to pick up. I got there and they could not find the items. I asked if they could find them at another store. They had 4 at the Capitol store. Here's the reason for the 1 star. The employees had to use the same number that customers use. That's crazy. Managers should have a special backline or separate phone in order to get ahold of another store. They were on hold for awhile. I just drove there to get the items.

I came to this Target Thursday to get an electric razor. The store associate in the area called electronics to come on unlock the cabinet. I waited 25 minutes and no one came. I needed to to leave so I said I would come back Saturday. I came back Saturday and asked the same associate to open the cabinet. He called for electronics to open the cabinet. After waiting 25 more minutes and seeing several employees go to and from the team member lounge area without asking if I needed help I left again. Im not going to shop at target anymore. The process has to be that someone else can open this cabinet.

Mar 24,’22 @ 12:05 pm. There’s an older Blk woman at the checkout line who is very short and rude. She makes comments about other customers who ask her questions about transactions. She was short and rude with me because my card was declined and was short with the guy behind me. And for those who think I’m profiling her because of her race. Surprise! The guy behind me and I are both black. She is just simply rude. Maybe she was sick on the day when they were training about “customer service” …

Place is anti-trans. When I entered the store everyone else who was entering was greeted and I was not. When I left the store everyone else leaving the store was told to have a nice day and I was not.
