Tyler is a very professional, competent and caring employee at the 1904 Uintah location in Colorado Springs CO. Please recognize him for being so compassionate and consistently maintaining the store in an excellent state. He also treats all the customers with kindness and reliable customer service!!

This store needs some help. There is zero customer service anymore. Every time i go in there i feel like i am interfering with the clerks personal time. One day i went in there and the lady was texting. Never once stopped to look up just said. "Let me finish this i will be with you in a minute" then a different day. I went in there and got a grunt and not a hello. Different clerk. Next time last time i pull up lady vlerk is out front smoking, as i am walking in she says " I'll be in in a minute" i thought fair enough. I literally waited 5 minutes. Then when she finally came in she was complaining how no one else does anything but her. I asked for what i wanted and again the complaint started again. Its horrible. I will not be going in there again. In fact i will drive the extra distance and go elsewhere.
