To the rude woman who owns this store, After having the misfortune of encountering you, I can confidently and genuinely state that I will never make a purchase from this store again. For the past several months, I have used the 7eleven delivery service at least a couple of times each week, making simple grocery staples and convenience store purchases. For the first time, I stopped into your store and have rarely encountered rudeness like I did from you today. I can say with 100% certainty, that I have NEVER seen customers before me, and then myself been treated with such disdain - ESPECIALLY during a pandemic when you should be showing gratitude for customers giving you business.

I bought some cold medicine here and upon leaving the store realized it did not contain the ingredient I wanted. I went back into the store and tried to get a refund from the same clerk who just sold it to me with the box completely unopened and in the same condition. She refused to give me a refund or let me speak with a manager. Simply stated that 711 does not do refunds or exchanges. I know this to be false because I have done it before. A store I've probably spent over $1000 at lost my business permanently over $6. What a terrible policy and way to treat a regular customer.
