agoReally bad experience I own my own pest control company and was looking for a nice service managers truck went in bought a silverado worked for about 3 weeks than the transmission was super hot . Had to park it got it towed back over only for Al to drive it in to the Chevy dealership mind you they drove it in after the transmission light engine light was turned on possibly creating more damage . My Lawyer has been dotting all of this down . We checked the oil and it had no oil in the transmission whatsoever once the truck got to Chevy it magically had some transmission oil and Chevy said it was fairly new oil . Moral of the story please don't go to this dealership. I know alot of family and friends in the greater Sacramento area and I'll make sure they don't go to this place . I will for sure won't go for the rest of my fleet . Lesson learned . Will proceed to file with BBB and file a dealership Fraud claim with the state of California. And I get a reply back talking about the warranty will cover it what if it was someone else who couldn't afford to buy into the warranty??????? They would be out of luck dealing with themselves. Just listen to your reply guys Daniel was really good super nice not blaming him but I never got a call back once not once to offer me a new truck or even a loaner while the silverado is in the dealership correction it is at the chevy dealership .

I just got my car from here and the whole process was easy! I loved that they put no pressure on you to buy a car. You can test drive any vehicle you want and can look inside the vehicles at any time. They were also able to match my carmax offer and then some! Dan was my sales person and he made sure I knew everything I was signing and helped me get the best payment I could. Great place and will definitely come back if I ever need another car.

Great experience!! Set up an appointment to check out a car they held it to the side for me had it all clean and fresh!! Daniel Torres is a great guy works with you every step of the way and very easy to joke around with! Purchase was quick and easy!!
