Rude, angry, no patient. Did NOT follow Covid-19 protocol, and did not check vaccination records for dine in. Charged me $17.51 for the item that listed as $15.99 on menu. When asked for the reason for the difference, got very angry. Early, when I finished, took long time for him to respond to me. And not bring my receipt to me, in stead, told me to come over to him. In the end, his manager, confirmed that IHOP doesn’t check vaccination card for dine-in at this time. Had pretty good experience in Walnut Creek IHOP, that’s why I came to IHOP when I was around, but seems the experience was totally different.
