Positive: The front desk staff was awesome! Always smiling and going above when necessary. The Sonesta also allowed me to park my Motorhome there during my stay which was a huge plus as I did not have to pay to store it somewhere else. Negative: Breakfast not included. All of the comps in the area offered a free Continental Breakfast. I extended my stay 3 times and my card was ran each time for incidentals, for a total of $--- which was unavailable to me. Bathroom was dirty.

Stay was great. Rooms clean. Employees are fantastic. Was definitely better then most. Only complaints, needs windows cleaned outside. Pool closes at 9:30, WHY! Expensive breakfast. Water pressure was terrible.

Stayed here for two nights and felt the hotel was adequate at best. Clearly an older hotel that could use a renovation. Checked in and the first room we got reeked of weed. Changed rooms and new room had no soap which we then had to call down to the front desk for. On the day we checked out the a/c broke and room temp got up to 77 degrees. We also brought out dog and was charged a $100 pet fee, which is fine, but then we come to find out when we check out that we were supposed to get a pet bed and dog bowl. Would have been nice if they offered that when we arrived and not when we left. Overall, a pretty poor stay and will not be staying here again.

We stayed at room 634, has a beautiful view of the Bay Bridge and the city! Located across the street of Bay Street Mall, PF Chang, California Pizza Kitchen, Burger King are among the choices of eatery, since their restaurant is closed! The hotel has a well stocked store but Trader's Joe is just around the corner. The beds are comfortable! The indoor pool is clean and refreshing! Laundry machines are on the second floor. The staff quickly responds to our different needs!
