Pretty nice store, very nice and tidy. It had never been overly busy, but there is always people. Staff always want to help with a smile. Located in Central Burlingame. Highly recommended.

I went to the store to buy an Iphone 13 and I was not well attended. Negligence and disinterest from sellers. They don't offer you accessories and don't make a point of selling anything.

I dropped off my watch for repair, they sent it back to repair center since the staffs in store couldn’t diagnose the issues. Also, my watch got stolen while shipping back to me. What a great service!

The last two responses sound like either one would work. The best way would be to go online, this way might save you a trip to the store.
I didn't buy an apple watch. I bought a new iPhone, and I just walked in and purchased one. I just walked in the previous day to get information about the watch, and could have bought one if I wanted.

I would suggest making an appointment if you're looking to visit in the near future -- last time I was there they were booked out at least one week in advance. They can tell you the price when you check in with them.

What is the Apple pay thing. The best way to find out when it ends is to contact Apple directly. Anytime you have a question about anything Apple it is best to call Apple directly because they have the best answers since it is their products and services. I suggest that you don't call the store as the employees don't always have the correct answers. I find the best answers come from Apple Care.
