Enough equipment for the average joe, pretty mellow gym, great for people that don't like dealing with crowds.

Good down to earth atmosphere, closes kinda early on sat and fri (8pm), mon thru fri 9pm, all in all its a good, mello spa, workout , swimmimg and sauna place for the whole family to enjoy.
