Just had a great experience getting help from CS Rep, Michelle, choosing a new phone and deciding to keep my existing plan. She did a great job of helping me understand all of my options and never rushed me through the process. To date, I have gotten the best service at the Bridgepointe store (and I have been to Verizon stores in 4 or 5 states). It's a great place to go if you need help.

Yesterday Tuesday, 12/22/2021, I went to the Bridgepointe store to request help with my iphone 12 that got locked while I tried to restart it. Prior to this, my phone kept blinking and unable to swipe to another screen. The specialist that helped was very courteous and good. He tried very hard to determine the problem to no avail. That said, turns out my phone is broken. I bought my phone early this year and I have had so many issues with it. The specialist ended up ordering me a new phone at no cost. He told me to come back if I am not able to reconnect my new phone anytime after I receive my new phone. Today 12/23/2021, I went to the Bridgepointe store to ask for help in setting up my new phone. Got to the store at 6:00 pm and the door was locked. The person inside said to wait. Meanwhile the store schedule to close at 7:00. I waited for about 7 minutes. When the same person opened the door, he asked if I had an appointment and I said no. I said I was not aware an appointment was required to get assistance after 6pm. He said that due to the holiday, only customers with appointment are allowed after 6pm. I said I was not made aware the day before that an appointment would be required. Also, there was no sign at the door that indicated that. The person who spoke to me was rude and unapologetic. He simply said given the holiday, they had to stop taking walkins after 6:00 and would not give any consideration. Very rude!!! We have been Verizon customers at the Bridgepointe store way before the store name changed to Verizon. This is bad customer service and TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Generally speaking no, there are some tricks like using page plus that use Verizon service.
