Don't go here. Lots of urine on bathroom floor. Bathroom was very dirty and smelled like urine. Some workers don't maintain a clean restaurant. Some workers don't clean the bathroom. You have been warned.

If you sign up for the app with an email address, please fill out all the required fields. Then hit submit. You will be asked to check your email to verify ownership of the account.
