this is the worst place according to them they also fix cars and do nothing, the worst thing is that they charged me 1,800 just for having my truck there their fault for taking care of something they don't know

My husband purchased a transmission from this place our Macanic caught Covid before he was able to put the transmission in his truck 2 days before the 60 day warranty was up our Macanic came to put the transmission in our truck and immediately realize the transmission was NO GOOD we called Bills to inform them the transmission was bad and they said we needed a receipt which we didn’t have any more they said they could look up the invoice but it would take 2 days to pull it up 🙄 which is insane to me why would it take 2 days to look up a invoice?but of course 2 days later we called back and they said they didn’t have the invoice anymore they don’t hold invoices after 60 days so it wasn’t nothing they can do 😡 if they think we are going to just take a $500 loss like that naaaah they will be hearing from my lawyer this was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a junkyard NEVER AGAIN !!!

Worst experience of my life I have been working with junk yards for 20+ years and never left a bad review of on in I’ve never been mad enough to right a negative review of any business. I’m not even gonna go into what happen hopefully these words are enough to convince you to never call this place. #sleazeyasssaleman
