I didn't officially bring my TV in, but I called with an issue and Colleen gave me honest feedback, didn't try to Duke me for money, and recommended to me to purchase a new TV. I appreciate good honest customer service. If I ever had any issues in the future, I would use them just because of this experience!

I'm not sure but if you call, they'll be happy to give you a price. I've had to order parts for my 73" in the past and I found amazon to be the best place to order replacements. I hope that helps.
Sounds like a power supply board issue. Bayou tv might have it in stock give them a call.
