Not bad. Generally hard to get good service or they hover. Generally lines to check out. None of that. Pleasantly surprised. Good competitive prices too for the item I wanted.

The Saint Cloud Best Buy is a great place to shop! They have always treated me well and their staff is friendly/knowledgeable. I recently bought appliances and the sales people (Grayson and Romaine) were excellent! I even got to meet the general manager Matt recently and he is very friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. They have definitely earned my repeat business!

We went in to ask a question about a Microsoft card. We were born in the 60s and are not trained to understand all new technology. We have a GPS tracker for our dog and it needs a micro Sim to connect and track the dog. My husband was trying to find out if we could use our cell phones with the Sim card to track the dog. The guy was rude and kept talking over him, not explaining why the card and cell phone we had wouldn't work, but was talking about IM numbers and towers. He definitely did not care if we knew what he was talking about or not. He was extremely rude and loud, he was scolding and embarrassing my husband, seemingly for not understanding what he was saying. We left and swear we will go somewhere else for our cell phones and service if we see him behind the counter next time.

Today I purchased office home and student for a one time use. Had I known that if I just link my Microsoft account to my new computer that it would of carried over my current Microsoft account including my apps I would not have purchased this product. Since I was not educated on this topic I purchased it. When I went to return it after calling customer service and they told me it would be fine. Matt decided to lecture me saying never do this again with a digital code. After lecturing me on this topic instead of educating he tells me not trying to lecture you or anything. I will now take my business elsewhere. Congrats Matt keep up the great work.

If it's the St.cloud location they have the up7000 65" TV. If it's a different location. Then you will want to look on the website or call them.
Masks required. Social distancing observed. Covid friendly.
Yes. There is a $25 recycling charge for TV's, and there are size restrictions. For tube TV's, maximum size allowed is 32". For flat panels, maximum size is 50"
Call and they should be able to help you get rescheduled! 😊
You can. Technically there is, I believe, a $10 fee, but I don't actually recall the last time I was charged for dropping off electronic recycling.
Phone service has pretty much become obsolete. Most businesses have terrible Phone service with menu choices that take you round and round. You are better off communicating in person or by Email.
Yes and they have them available if you don't have one.
Should be able to. It falls under recycling which is an essential service.
The short answer is yes, however you may want to call them they change up the service quite frequently
Yes they showcase Magnolia
Googled and compustar website says: Start your vehicle’s engine with the key. Press and hold the foot brake down. While keeping your foot on the brake, press the KEY (IV) button for 3 seconds. Release the foot brake and remove the key from the ignition. If this doesn't help, call your local store.
Helzberg Jewelry was in the building next to Best Buy. They moved to inside Crossroads Mall. I believe that is the store space that the leasing office is referring to.
You may want to call them
They do but the pricing depends on which starter you purchase
I honestly couldn't answer that, but if you give them a call, believe me... They will have someone readily available to help you.
Best buy can't but if you just buy "bring your own phone" sim card kits from straight talk it's pretty easy. Best buy doesn't handle straight talk.
Use epoxy and a paper clip
Call them. They have people that specialize in that area.
Yes the roku is the best and they will set it up for you and I'm not sure if there is a fee when I did it I bought tv sound system and roku and was free to me cause of the sale
Mon-Thu 10-9 Fri & Sat 9-9 Sun 10-8
Yes they do. It's best if you give the store a call and talk to the car audio department so you can set up an appointment. That way you're not stuck waiting around if someone is in the bay before you get there.
I believe that they do, but its pricey.
Being a former employee, yes, it depends on the cupon, but it also never hurts to ask. Even open box stuff can sometimes have cupons and also sales applied to them. Depending on the item, keep an eye out for open box versions of the same thing. Usually the worst problem will be cosmetic, usually it's just something someone opened that they don't want. Just make sure you check product reviews online if it's a PC or TV. Just do that every time anyway.
