My strong suggestion to anyone hiring this company would be to get a written contract. The inside office staff has poor communication and caused me to lose $149.00 for incorrect linformation. When I called to report the problem, they had no response other than being condescending toward me and didn't seem to care that I was a past customer of theirs. They charged me a non-refundable fee at the mistake of their own office staff.They stink!! No pun intended!

I had my septic tank pumped. The employee Kelvin was great. He did a great job he went over and beyond. He answered my questions and was very professional. I am very happy.

Title 5 Inspection; I generally don't do on-line responses or evaluations, but for Bay State Sewage I will. Let me begin by saying how awesome and professional Lindi was, it was so nice to speak to someone at a business who was friendly and so pleasant. Then there was Tom, great person, he provided me with some great educational information about the septic system and how it all works. What a wonderful company this is. Now I know, why they were the only business I stuck to and didn't bother going elsewhere. Thank you so much for making this experience so pleasant. Laura
