Ordered a large pizza, was told that the total would be 22.74, gave the girl my debit card number, couldn't tell me how long to expect my order, hung up, checked the balance on my card, come to find out she debited 27.29, called back and asked why, she couldn't explain what happened or why!! Definitely not a 27 dollar pizza, Be the first and last time I order from here, I'll do business elsewhere!!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm a super picky eater, and I literally love everything that I have gotten from here! My current fave is the Chicken Bacon BBQ sub. It is so tasty! Also, their Meatball sub is 100% better than Subway. This location is super close and super convenient. Prices aren't bad, and you definitely get more than what you pay for. Delivery is done in a reasonable amount of time and the driver follows all directions as to where to leave the food, which is super important during the Pandemic. I wish I could give them a sixth star just for their garlic bread. I will definitely be ordering from here in the near future!

Usually service and food quality is great! On 10-10 the girl answering the phone was so incredibly rude. I ordered a lot of pizzas for a party and the girl said approximately 1 hour. We called an hour and a half in just to check on the pizza and she shouted “I told you more than an hour!!!!!! Wow..never ordering again.Jessica, I am very sorry you had an experience that was less than our usual great customer service. In all honesty it gets more difficult every day to maintain the high level of service our company and our customers are expecting due to less than adequate staffing levels and very few potential candidates applying for positions. Because of these factors we have been on reduced hours since early 2020. I am not making an excuse for behavior that is less than optimal, only asking for patience and understanding when stress and pressure causes an unexpected and uncharacteristic reaction. Still striving to be your go to pizza shop, locally owned and operated since 2009.

We follow the recommendations outlined by the Massillon Health Department including proper sanitizing, mask wearing and social distancing. We have always followed proper food handling and preparation even before covid.
At this time we are still accepting either cash or card. If you order online, the only option is card.
