Atrocious communication, tried to check in for 30 minutes then was told I didnt need to check in and went to another building where they told me I did need to check in. Dr wouldnt see me after waiting weeks for my appointment. Went in for a surgery previously where they messed up and had to have a second surgery. Lake Placid location is even worse. Will be going to Burlington from here on out.

My mom had to have emergency surgery because she broke her tibia. Everyone at the hospital from the nurses, aids, Dr’s, administrators were extremely helpful and friendly, and made a difficult situation better with their kindness. My mom’s surgery went well, and although she’s still healing, and probably will be healing for another 6 weeks. She’s doing well. Thank you for everyone that supported us there.

Came in through the ER about a month ago for a fracture and had to stay a few nights post op and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everyone from the food service personnel, nurses, doctors were extremely nice and accommodating. So incredibly grateful for the care that was given here especially being an out of state visitor. Thank you everyone that was a part of my care!
