No it's not, I've been working for Morton Hospital 7mos now and yes sometimes the waiting room is full but not always. I haven't seen anyone of our staff members being rude and the level of care is important to all of is not just nursing staff. We don't push Away anyone that needs help. And for the waiting room being dirty IT'S NOT we have great staff making sure of this. So please come in and see..
They usually call several days before a scheduled medical visit, the day before for day surgeries. Hope this helps.
