The number of times that I've been here with my Husband, 37 years 💕 of marriage 💑 l can say that it was the worst experience that we've ever encountered. One terrible place, just the thought of it makes me sick 😷 🤧. They have volunteers working here that should never be allowed to work with seniors. I've seen things that I could not believe. It was just as cold in the room as it was outside. The food wasn't fit for even animals. My husband would take his food after a few bites and slip into the trash 🗑 can, he would tell me to do the same. One of the volunteers named Marcia was the worst. She was very insulting, nasty to me. When she started on my husband over touching a slice of bread that's when I decided to do something. I told her to be whatever she wanted to be with me but don't dare start on my husband, I won't stand for it. Once we had to wait for a group to leave that was occupying the kitchen. Seemed like it took forever. My husband who's a mild diabetic was getting inpatient he walked over to the closed door to see what the problem was. The woman sitting at the front desk called him by name asked him to sit down. That finished everything. Noone tells the man that l love what to do. I didn't say anything to her or it might of led to a war. When he walked back to me l told him that we were out of there forever. He was more than happy to leave, so was l. About a year ago I called the director, Anne Sylvia to inform her that my mother had passed, she had nothing to say 😳 only about the incident that l had taken place at this Horrible Senior Center. I can't stand to even look at the building when l happen to drive by it.

The director, Anne Silvia, does an incredible job with the COA. There are many, very interesting programs that she provides for seniors. This woman needs a significant pay raise!
