I typically never have an issue.... came today to deposit some cash. They close at 5pm...yet they are closed at 4:30? Sucks for people who have to work all day & then rush to get here for nothing...no signs to show they were short staffed or anything....

DCU customer service sucks. Customer service hold times exceeding an hour. DCU farms their support out to overseas call centers who get paid pennies and can't help you with anything. Tax forms are never mailed out. So unless you want to spend Brandon gas to drive down and speak with someone, good luck getting help from this credit union.

Because they have farmed out their customer service to an outside company that's why they have a 1-800 number you call now as opposed to calling the particular branch that you banked at
If you use the app you can sign into your account Clique membership scroll all the way down and there's an option to order checks
