Two drive thrus that have to merge is one of the dumbest designs I’ve ever witnessed. Everyone wants to get ahead and it gives constant anxiety wondering if the next guy is gonna keep the order. On top of that, a hot sauce packet costs $0.15 and the one the snuck into my to-go bag was all sticky and brown from spilled pop, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

WORST McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Payed at the first drive thru window, asked for my receipt, and was told I get it at the second window, which I never received. Placed a15$ order, never received the chicken sandwich I ordered. Parked my car to go inside and place a second order due to forgetting to order two items. Went inside, FOUR employees “working”, and keep in mind they saw me. I stood there for almost 15 minutes waiting to place an order. I stood there and listened to two female employees talking out loud about tampons!!! Finally, after 15 minutes, I yelled to one of the females that I needed to place an order. She looks at me and says, “ Place your order on the kiosk” maybe this was something you could’ve told me 15 minutes ago, as I’m receiving a text from my daughter in the car asking if everything was OK. Got home and saw that I didn’t have my sandwich, and I didn’t have my receipt! I emailed McDonald’s headquarters, and pretty much they told me, “Sorry, we need to do better!” Really?!? If you’re the manager of this location…. You’ve got some work to do !!!!!

They take forever at this location. Do yourself a favor and download the McDonald's app. They have so many coupons on there. If your a person that doesn't like to use coupons then place the order using said coupon threw the app. Boom. Your welcome
